CEA Announces 2001 Officers

February 2, 2001

The Construction Employers’ Association (CEA) introduced its 2001 officers at its 14th annual general membership meeting held recently in Concord.

Donald Clark, general operations manager of Clark Pacific, West Sacramento, was elected to serve as the association's 2001 president. Active in CEA since 1996, he succeeds Greg Cosko, president of Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Co., San Francisco.

James Losch, president of Hallmark Construction Inc., Santa Clara was elected as CEA's first vice president and Timothy Marsh, president, Harris Construction Co. Inc., Fresno will serve as the new vice president.

Cosko will take over the office of past president/treasurer and Michael Walton will continue to serve as CEA's secretary.

In addition to its new officers, the following building contractor executives will serve on CEA's Board of Directors this year:
