The Construction Employers’ Association (CEA) Online Safety Bulletin Board
is a forum for members to exchange ideas and share information regarding safety
related issues.
Since this is a public forum (for CEA members only), there shall be no expectation
of privacy regarding submissions made.
CEA has sole discretion in determining which notes are appropriate for inclusion
on the bulletin board and reserves the right (but disclaims any obligation)
to remove any messages CEA deems inappropriate. In addition, CEA reserves the
right to close accounts, without warning of those members who violate the Terms of Use. You are responsible and liable for all your activities conducted
on the CEA Online Safety Bulletin Board.
Collecting e-mail addresses from the bulletin board for solicitation or “spamming” will
not be tolerated and will result in access to the bulletin board being blocked.
By using the bulletin board, you agree to not post material that:
- Defames any person, business, governmental or other entity, product or
service
- Contains unsolicited or inappropriate advertising, promotional materials,
or other forms of solicitation
- Contains false or fraudulent information
- Infringes any other person or entity’s copyright, trademark, service mark
or trade dress
- Discloses or could lead to disclosure of any trade secret
- Violates any privacy-related right belonging to any person, business or
other entity
- Harasses, threatens, abuses, embarrasses or causes distress or unwanted
attention to any other person or entity.
- Contains obscene or sexually explicit images or messages
- Is unprofessional or is otherwise inappropriate for this forum.
In addition, you agree not to use the bulletin board to impersonate any person,
or communicate under a false name or one that you are not authorized to use.

to safety issues and are for the sole purpose of exchanging ideas and sharing
information regarding safety issues. Thus, you agree to release Construction
Employers’ Association from any liability arising from messages posted by anyone
on the CEA Online Safety Bulletin Board. Furthermore, you agree to release,
hold harmless, indemnify and defend the Construction Employers’ Association
from any and all legal or civil actions and penalties and costs, including
without limitation attorneys’ fees, arising from messages you have posted on
the CEA Online Safety Bulletin Board.
